Scholarship: Weary Scholarship

Description: The Weary Scholarship is designed to help deserving, academically oriented students to further their college education. The scholarship is open to all industry employees, their spouses, and children in the Mid-America Cable Show region. Scholarship Amount: $3,000

Eligibility Requirements:

• The Mid-America Weary Scholarship is available to cable industry employees, their spouses, and children in the Mid-America region (see Locations below.)  There are no limits on the number of times you can apply for or receive a Weary Scholarship.

• Location: Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma & Texas

• Must be eligible to enroll in college (planning to attend in the Fall) or currently enrolled in at least 12 hours at your institution of choice. 

• Scholastics: HS GPA- 2.8 (on a 4-point scale)

  • College GPA- 2.8 (on a 4-point scale)

All applications, documentation, and letters of reference should be mailed to the PO Box on the application form.
