Scholarship: Nebraska Cattlemen Foundation Scholarship

Description: The Nebraska Cattlemen Foundation Scholarship allows students to fill out one application to be considered for numerous scholarships with a $1,000 minimum, awarded based on academic achievement, beef industry involvement, and goals/quality of the application.

Selection Criteria:

• • Applicants must meet scholarship criteria.

  • Applicants must be a high school senior or college student.

  • Applicants must have a "C" or higher GPA (unless specified by scholarship account).

  • Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enroll full-time in a college or university that offers a bachelor's degree; an approved vocation or trade school; or a state-accredited junior college. Preference will be given to students attending a Nebraska institution of higher learning and preference will be given to students majoring in an agricultural field of study (unless specified by scholarship account).

  • Scholarships are awarded on the basis of: academic achievement, beef industry involvement, goals, and overall quality of application.
