Cooperating School Honor Scholarships

Scholarship: University of Nebraska-Kearney - Cooperating School Honor Scholarships

Description: UNK awards Cooperating School Honor Scholarships to graduating seniors of those schools (Overton) who participate in UNK’s student-teaching program. UNK awards scholarships to qualifying students shortly after they have been admitted.

Eligibility Requirements: 

• Students need a 3.5 GPA, and 

• Must be admitted to UNK by March 1st

If you are a nominated student who has already received a Loper Achievement Award or a Distinguished Scholar Award, an additional $750 will be offered to that student from the Cooperating School Scholarship program. This will be on top of the scholarship the student has already received. If a student has already received a Board of Regents Scholarship, KHOP, or KLOP scholarship, the student is not eligible for a Cooperating School Scholarship as they are full-tuition scholarships.  

Application Deadline: March 1st.
