Resident Scholarships:

• Chancellor's Tuition Scholarship: Full Tuition

• Regents Scholar Tuition Commitment: Full Tuition

• David Distinguished Tuition: $3,500 Renewable

• Husker Traditions: $2,000 Renewable

• Husker Power: $2,000

• Nebraska Career Scholarship: $8,000 Renewable

Merit-Based and Resident Scholarships do not require an application; they are awarded to you AUTOMATICALLY based on your application when you apply and/or submit a scholarship statement. 

Eligibility for Leadership, Service & Diversity Enhancement Awards:

• Submit your Scholarship Statement (500-word Reflection)

• Upload onto your MyRed Account

  • Log onto your MyRed Account

  • Click on "Undergraduate Application"

  • Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Scholarship Statement"

  • View Scholarship Statement Prompts

• Deadline: February 1st 

How to Apply:

1. Apply for admission by February 1, including your cumulative high school GPA.

2. Complete the ACT/SAT on or before the February national test date and submit scores to Nebraska (optional). 

3. Submit your Enrollment Deposit in MyRED by May 1.

4. Submit your final high school transcript in MyRED by June 1.

Application Deadline: For consideration, submit (1) an Application for Admission by February 1st, and (2) ACT/SAT scores through the February test date during senior year.
